Pembroke House

Pembroke House is a 3000m2 new build office scheme in Guildford. The project started by a design consultant and handed over to Child Gradon Lewis architects in 2015 to complete the concept design and to undertake the construction, including planning and detailed design.

 

With Design and Build contract with novation, the project took one and a half years from the site excavation to compltetion.

As part of the CGL team Dimitar took the project through all stages and successfully completed the new office building in the summer of 2019. The contemporary mixed of timber and render building formed a new riverfront setting in Guildford while.
